About me!

Hello, I am a multimedia journalist that has applied themselves to every corner of journalism. I have skills spanning video editing, article writing, social media and editorial work. In particular, I have skills and work in culture, lifestyle and political journalism. Check out my work and feel free to reach out.

Long time no see! While I've been gone I have been cultivating interviews, writing articles and creating the website that is my major project! Last weekend, I had the honour of attending the Beyond Borders International Festival as one of the five winners for their student podcast competition.

This year's theme promoted resistance, hosting many Palestinian business, speakers and political advocates. Promoting change and international human rights.

I was incredibly lucky to interview borders local and festival frequenter, Mary Kenny. An inspiring story teller dedicated to connection, community and culture.

Commencing my podcast session, I worked as a media team member. Interviewing figures such as Martin Griffiths, producing and filming content for the festivals social media.

Alongside my work on ENRG Lifestyle, I also worked as Culture Editor on my universities student magazine and project "Impulse" Slaving over edit work, photography, and pitching the theme for this year. Impulse left a massive impression on all that worked on it.

The majority of my third year was consumed by two major projects. Hole in the Crawl, a website designed to help you find smaller and hidden venues, pubs, and live music. As well as an amazing documentary following the nuances of drag performance, life, and identity.

The very first project I worked on was the She Said Podcast in my first year of journalism studies. Co-hosted with fellow journalists Nina Aspey and Isla Sneddon. She Said kick started a year and a half long journey of editing, ideas and unpredictable mic setups.

After long deliberation and gruelling minutes scrolling through my gallery, I am introducing my professional account.

Following the completion of my third year studying journalism at ENU and entering my fourth, showcasing how I filled those years felt right.
